Delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and customs clearance.

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are shipped the next working day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Scentality covers all customs duties and import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — you will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we operate a strict returns policy to ensure the integrity, safety, and authenticity of every bottle we ship.

You may return your fragrance only if it is completely sealed and unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. If the fragrance has been opened, sprayed, tested, or tampered with, it is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used fragrance bottles, sample vials, and limited edition releases.

How to Request a Return: Contact info@scentality.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the sealed product. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact info@scentality.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will resolve this promptly.

This ensures all materials are safe for skin application, each formula meets allergen and usage restrictions, and every batch is legally approved for sale and distribution.

We follow all applicable regulations for UK Cosmetic Product Notification, EU CPNP, IFRA compliance, and SDS documentation for shipping and transport.
