Due to the nature of fragrance products, we operate a strict returns policy to ensure the integrity, safety, and authenticity of every bottle we ship.

You may return your fragrance only if it is:

Completely sealed and unused

In its original packaging

Returned within 14 days of delivery

If the fragrance has been opened, sprayed, tested, or tampered with, it is not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact:

Include your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos of the sealed product.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing
 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
