All products sold are authentic fragrance decants, hand-decanted from original bottles. We are not affiliated with any fragrance brands or manufacturers.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, unless stated clearly on the website. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of decanted products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

We do NOT deliver outside the U.K.

5. Usage and Safety

Please use fragrances responsibly. Test on a small area of skin first. We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your orders.
